We represent You, the Buyer in the process of acquiring property.

Our role is to find the right, matching Your requirements property and make the purchase process as easy and smooth as possible. To make it happen we work closely with carefuly selected Estate and Letting Agents, solicitors and mortgage brokers. We also work with selected and respected contractors and developers.

We will find, view and assess properties, shortlist the best deals, negotiate the price and when instructred by You make an offer on a property of Your choice. However, to be able to provide the best service to You whether you are a first-time buyer or seasoned investor, we need detailed information.

It is simple:

  1. Meeting
    We hold free of charge, no obligation initial meeting with You. The purpose is to draft your requirements. If needed we can discuss different options and strategies which best suits You.
  2. Brief
    Then we prepare a brief for You stating our understanding of the property You are looking for. Upon agreement, we take the next step.
  3. Deals
    As we know what to look for we will shortlist and compile few of the best propeties matching your requirement and deliver it to you. Depending on our agreement those deals my come with pre-negotiated prices.
  4. Viewings
    It is advisable for you to view the property, so now it the best time do it. We will arrange this and assist on the viewings.
  5. Conveyancing
    Once we have price agreed and offer accepted we will arrange an independent survey of the property and then start and manage the conveyancing process, liaising with estate agent (if involved), solicitors and mortgage broker if needed.
  6. Completion
    Our involvement ends after completion unless You wish for us to arrange and manage the refurbishement of the property and / or other services such as letting and property management, which is subject to separate contract and price.
