Put simply, a Transfer at Undervalue occurs where a vendor enters into a transaction on terms that provide for him to receive an amount significantly less than the value of the asset. A liability may fall on an investor for up to five years after purchasing a property at an Undervalue. There is always a beginning. Whatever it is, so it applies to my blog too.
The properties became widely discussed topic with its own rights and as well as in very detailed way, such lease options. This one in particular is acquiring a lot of attention and hot discussions. Is it ethical, does it secure all parties involved? What if the vendor dies or gone bankrupt?
